Along with serving on the PAL board, Royce Stephens is a project manager, community leader, and experienced community organizer. He is dedicated to advancing public health, youth development, and civic engagement in Flint and surrounding communities. Through his work with Michigan State University and as the founder of DREAMS (Developing Respectful Educated Aspiring Minds with Sports), he has led initiatives focused on mentorship, workforce readiness, urban agriculture, and community empowerment. Royce is also an experienced political organizer who has helped lead voter engagement, advocacy, and coalition-building efforts aimed at strengthening communities and increasing civic participation.
