Step into the ring with Flint PAL Boxing. where youth build strength, discipline, and confidence through structured training and mentorship. Sign up today and discover what you’re capable of—your journey to becoming a champion starts here. Training sessions are currently held at Madison Academy High School every Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM. Beginning June 5th, sessions are expected to transition to 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM. As our program continues to grow, we hope to one day expand into a dedicated boxing gym that will create even more opportunities for Flint youth and the community.

*All youth participants must have parent or guardian permission before registering with Flint PAL. Proof of a completed physical examination is also required prior to participation. Participants interested in sparring or boxing must provide their own mouthguard. Youth who wish to compete are required to register with USA Boxing, which includes an additional registration fee.*
