Flint pal
our story
helping flint youth find their greatness
Founded in 2009, Flint PAL was created with a mission to build stronger relationships between law enforcement and the youth of Flint through trust, mentorship, and opportunity. What began as a vision to provide positive outlets for young people has grown into a powerful community movement.
Through athletics, education, and mentorship programs, Flint PAL gives youth a safe space to develop discipline, confidence, and leadership skills. Our programs are designed to not only keep kids active, but to guide them toward success both on and off the field.
With the support of dedicated officers, coaches, and community leaders, Flint PAL continues to impact lives by creating opportunities, building character, and inspiring the next generation. As we look toward the future, our commitment remains the same—to uplift, empower, and invest in the youth of Flint for years to come.
